THE ART OF GIVING A BUSINESS A STORY.

  • Being a part of Neram since it’s launch, I developed the brand’s original design elements and continue to evolve them.

    Modern brands utilize a logo or emblem as a staple to the authentication of their product lines. To showcase this development, I’ve created a logo based on the original logo design of Neram as a case study of how logos bring life to seemingly ordinary product categories.

  • Neram is focused on the circularity of textiles, more specifically denim. The motif of blue jean can be seen featured in the majority of Neram’s social identity.

    This is coupled with story telling and visual elements which are used to educate consumers about the negative impact of fashion production and the positives of shopping reclaimed.

  • The iconic blue coloring of denim is achieved via the use of chemically treated indigo dyes. These dyes create a catastrophic impact on the environmental in the form of chemical runoff.

    In designing the color ways for Neram, I’ve taken the gradients of blue found in denim and combined them with a black to white greyscale.

    This not only highlights Neram’s denim products visually, but also allows the colors to contrast each other, positioning blue to be the natural focal point to the cold metallic palette of industry.
